Location: Ipswich
Salary: £20,000 Basic | £50,000+ OTE (Uncapped)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm (with one weekday off), Saturdays, 8:30am to 5:00pm Alternate Sundays

An excellent opportunity has become available for a Sales Executive to join a high-performing dealership team in Ipswich.
We are looking for confident, target-driven individuals with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Whether you are experienced in vehicle sales or come from a strong retail or customer-facing background, we want to hear from you.
Sales Executive Key Benefits:
£20,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission with realistic on-target earnings of £50,000+

Deliver a professional and welcoming experience for all customers
Advise customers on available vehicles and present tailored options
Conduct test drives and explain product features confidently
Negotiate terms and finalise sales in line with customer needs
Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet and exceed targets
Maintain accurate and compliant customer records throughout the sales processSales Executive Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
Well-presented and professional at all times
Full UK driving licenceDesirable Sales Executive Experience:
1–2 years in a car showroom or retail sales environment
Proven ability to meet targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting
Confidence in negotiating and closing deals
