Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join a well-established and growing business in Stirling. If you thrive on building relationships, smashing sales targets, and making an impact, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Driving sales through outbound calls to new and existing customers
Building long-term relationships that secure repeat business
Spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across the product range
Managing your pipeline and turning enquiries into confirmed hires
Keeping customer and sales data accurate in CRM systems
Hitting (and exceeding!) your targets and KPIs
Delivering product knowledge and expert advice with confidence
What We’re Looking For:
Proven telesales or sales experience (plant/tool hire or construction equipment preferred)
A confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
Someone who loves the buzz of outbound sales and closing deals
Customer-focused, solution-driven mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven role
IT savvy – experience with CRM systems is a bonus
