Farnborough, Hampshire
£25,500 - £27,000 - Uncapped Commission Structure (£400 - £1000pcm expected in commission)
My client is looking for a Sales Executive to join their team in a fantastic working environment. They’re looking for someone confident, hard working and motivated to progress within their role. You will be promoting and selling insurance plans and employee benefits to clients and external companies.
As a Sales Executive you will be part of an energetic team environment and benefit from on going training and development opportunities to ensure you thrive and progress in your career.
Responsibilities
* Providing comprehensive and unbiased advice to customers and providing unparalleled customer service
* You will be working from online leads from potential clients who have enquired about the products on offer through our website.
* You will be able to confidently and accurately explain the services available and address any queries or concerns.
* Generate accurate quotes based off the client’s needs and information provided.
* You will assist clients through the whole sales journey and through their first year with any enquires they may have
The ideal candidate will have:
* A proven sales background
* Excellent communication skills, over the phone and in person
* Customer focused background and dedication to providing market leading service
* Fluency in either Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, or German is ideal but not essentialBefore You Apply
