Car Sales Executive – Main Dealership
Newbury
OTE £55,000
Full-time | Permanent | 5-day working week (including weekends)
The Role

Duties
* Achieve agreed new and used car sales targets
* Build strong relationships with customers and provide a premium dealership experience
* Handle vehicle finance, add-ons, and warranty upselling
* Maintain accurate customer contact and deal records in the CRM system
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up leads
* Develop detailed product knowledge across all manufacturer vehicles
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within a main dealership or automotive retailer
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
* Target-driven and motivated to deliver results
* Confident with digital enquiry systems and finance processes
* Full UK Driving Licence essential
