We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Internal sales person to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating outstanding multitasking skills and the ability to handle various responsibilities. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with customers and a passion to play a key role in boosting sales.
* Answering all in-bound calls promptly aiming for 80% to be answered in less than 5 seconds.
* Process Orders & Quotations Live on the phone.
* Accurately enter and process customer orders into our system, making sure they are delivered in a timely manner.
* Maximise sales opportunities from all enquiries to generate orders.
* Ensure all enquires are responded to promptly and efficiently.
* Undertake prospecting tasks, no cold calling – contacting existing customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Liaise with Purchasing, Accounts & Transport.
* Provide excellent customer service at the Trade Counter.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in Internal sales or similar role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Good organizational skills.
* Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
