Sales Lead - Corporate AV & Live Events
Hybrid | £50,000 basic + uncapped OTE (£60-65k realistic first-year earnings)
A new client for us are looking to hire an experienced Sales Lead to take ownership of identifying, developing, and winning new business opportunities in the Corporate AV and Live Events space.
This is a hands-on, proactive sales role, perfect for someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships, spotting new opportunities, and shaping how a business grows.
You'll play a key part in driving expansion into new sectors, while also unlocking further potential with existing clients. Working closely with their project delivery teams, your proposals will be as credible and deliverable as they are ambitious.
This is a newly created role, you'll help shape the way sales are done there and have real influence from day one.
What you'll be doing:
Proactively identifying and securing new clients across Corporate AV and live events.
Growing accounts by expanding relationships and finding new ways to add value.
Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline, including implementing a CRM to track and drive progress.
Working with delivery teams to shape compelling, deliverable proposals and pitches.
Representing the company at industry events and client meetings.
Bringing market insights to help us stay ahead of industry trends.
Sharing your sales experience to coach and support other client-facing colleagues.

Proven success in a sales or business development role in Corporate AV, live events, or related sectors.
A strategic mindset, you know how to spot opportunities others miss.
A proactive and commercially savvy approach to winning business.
Confident communicator with a credible, professional presence.
Experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
