We're on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Ledger Clerk to join our client's team in Swanley! As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the company. Role: Sales Ledger Clerk
Term: Temp for approx. 3 months
Start: ASAP
Location: Swanley (free parking/10 minute walk from station)
Pay: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
Your Responsibilities:
Process sales invoices accurately and promptly
Maintain the sales ledger and ensure all entries are up-to-date
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing processes
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a sales ledger or accounts receivable role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in using accounting software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
