Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our team at Four Jays for a sales ledger clerk. Four Jays, part of the Heathcote Holdings group, is an integrated business supplying the needs of all types of welfare hire across the South East. The company prides itself on providing solutions to our clients promptly and professionally, whilst continuing to expand within a rapidly moving sector.
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, hardworking & enthusiastic individual to join our team as a sales ledger clerk.
About The Role:
The Sales Ledger/Credit Control Clerk will be responsible for invoicing on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, covering all aspects of credit control, reconciling monies in and liaising closely with the hire desk.
Responsibilities:
Invoicing on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using our hire software MCS
All aspects of credit control, managing a ledger of over 700 customers
Reconciling monies in
Liaising closely with the hire deskAbout you:
Essential:
Full Driving Licence due to location
Experience of using Microsoft Word, excel and outlook
Experience of using Xero accounting software preferred but not essential
Experience of using a plant hire software preferred but not essential
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work on an own initiativeBenefits:
