Sales Manager – Automotive
Salary – OTE upwards of £60-£70k (un-capped)
Full Time – Permanent

To be successful in this role you will have;
* A proven track record in automotive sales either as a Sales Manager or a Senior Sales Executive.
* Good business and commercial understanding.
* A positive and forward thinking work ethic.
* The skills and experience to lead and inspire a team.
* A proactive and organised approach.
* Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working as part of a team in a target driven environment, supporting both shared and personal objectives.
Your duties will include;
* Enhancing the sales and profitability of new and used vehicles and related products.
* Effectively recruit, train, motivate and support other members of the sales team to reach expected targets, which you will track and report to senior management.
* Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service.
* Maintain product knowledge of cars and ad ons.
* Advise on finance, insurance and product accessories.
* Work to set KPIs and targets.
