Sales Manager — Waste / Construction Sector
📍 Must live within 1 hour of RG12 (Bracknell)
💷 £40,000 + £4,800 car allowance + £0.25/mile (business use only)
🕒 7:30am – 5:00pm, Monday–Friday
Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team of 5+ in the waste or construction sectors. This role is perfect for a results-driven leader who thrives on coaching and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach & motivate a sales team to exceed targets

Manage pipelines, KPIs & reporting
*
Drive team performance and uphold excellent customer service
Requirements:

Experience managing a sales team of 5+
*
Background in waste, construction, or related services
*
Strong leadership & coaching skills
*
Based within 1 hour of RG12
*
Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
