Our client is a leading independent estate agency and they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead their dynamic team based in amazing offices in London's West End. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and applicants, providing exceptional customer service.
* Monitor and analyse local market trends to inform business strategies and advise clients.
* Ensure all properties comply with relevant legislation and health and safety regulations.
* Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance to senior management.
* Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise within the sales process.
* Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards achieving lettings targets and key performance indicators.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in a sales management role
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
* A valid UK driving license.
