Job Description

Sales Manager – Material Handling Location: Eastleigh/Southampton, Hampshire

 We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a European Material Handling portfolio within a global engineering business. This role focuses on capital equipment sales, translating complex customer requirements into tailored technical solutions and driving order intake across Europe.

 Sales Manager – Material Handling Essential Requirements / Experience: · Proven sales experience within one or more of the following sectors: pharmaceuticals, material handling, capital equipment, process machinery, or oral solid dosage
· Experience managing complex, long-cycle technical sales processes
· Strong technical and commercial negotiation skills
· Comfortable engaging with engineers, operations, and senior stakeholders
· Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
· Fluent English (additional European languages advantageous)
· Willingness to travel internationally (c. 30–50%)

 Sales Manager – Material Handling Salary and Benefits: 
· £55,000 - £70,000 + bonus
· 25 days holiday + bank holidays
