Sales Manager – Car Dealership (Stoke) | £70,000 OTE + Company Car
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £70,000 OTE (Basic + Commission)

Are you a driven and experienced Sales Manager with a passion for the automotive industry? We're looking for a dynamic leader to take charge of our used car showroom in Stoke, managing a motivated sales team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to hit and exceed monthly targets

Manage day-to-day operations of the used car dealership showroom
*
Drive performance through coaching, training, and development
*
Ensure high standards of customer service, presentation, and compliance
*
Monitor stock levels, pricing strategies, and market trends
*
Collaborate with senior management to plan sales promotions and marketing
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry, ideally within a used car environment

Strong leadership and team management skills
*
Target-driven with a solid track record of achieving KPIs
*
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
*
A full UK driving licence is essential
