Sales Manager
£50,000 - £55,000 (£80k OTE) + Company Car + Uncapped Commission + Progression + Benefits
Are you a Sales Manager with experience in Capital Equipment? Are you ready to step into a senior leadership role where you'll drive sales strategy, lead growth, and have full autonomy representing a global brand?
This role would suit a commercially driven sales professional with a background in Engineering or Capital Equipment sales, looking to join a world-class organisation. You will take ownership of sales performance for a market-leading manufacturer of industrial machinery, shaping strategic plans, driving growth, and delivering outstanding service to a consistently expanding customer base.

Achieve annual equipment sales targets and drive profitability
Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase retention and satisfaction
Company Car, Laptop and Phone provided
Uncapped commission with no thresholds
The Person -
Background in Engineering OR Capital Equipment sales
Looking for a role with full autonomy
Previous experience in a mobile sales role
