What We're Looking For
A proven track record in automotive sales management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
A customer-first mindset paired with a commercial, goal-oriented approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital systems
High levels of self-motivation and a hands-on, lead-from-the-front attitudeKey Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets
Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching
Manage daily operations including deal files, handovers, and sales pipeline
Ensure compliance and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high achievement
Recruit, train, and resource the sales team to support long-term successWorking Hours
Weekend working (both Saturday and Sunday) with days off in the week
4 Days week 1, 5 days week 2
