We are seeking an experienced and commercially-minded professional to lead the growth and development of a key event portfolio. The role involves strategic planning, client retention and development, cross-functional collaboration, and budget management, with a strong focus on revenue generation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the growth strategy for the event, including commercial objectives, KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
Lead client account growth and retention to achieve quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets.
Oversee financial forecasting, billing, departmental spend, and reconciliation to ensure budget compliance.
Develop and enhance the event's value proposition, including new ideas and innovations.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure a strong, unified event proposition.
Attend industry events to promote the brand, build relationships, and generate leads.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies and payment procedures.
Provide proactive leadership with a revenue-first, hands-on management style.
Experience required
Previous sales experience
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent attention to detail
Organised and has good management skills
Proactive and self-motivated
