Sales Manager – Up to £50,000 Basic – Uncapped Commission – 1st Year OTE £70,000 – Twyford – Office-Based
Are you ready to build something from the ground up?
We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to establish and lead a brand-new Business Development Department. You’ll recruit and shape your own team, develop innovative strategies, and inspire success in a growing company with ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond.
We welcome applications from candidates with experience in call centres, outbound sales, business development, field sales, or account management, provided you have experience managing and leading a sales team.

What You’ll Do:
Build and lead a team of Business Development Executives, creating a supportive and high-performing environment.
Provide regular training, one-on-one coaching, and development opportunities to your team.
Design and execute a sales strategy aimed at reconnecting with dormant clients and reigniting relationships.
Set realistic yet ambitious goals for the team, tracking progress and ensuring accountability through KPIs and reporting.
Be a motivational leader who isn’t afraid to lead from the front.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing and growing successful sales teams.
A driven, motivated leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Experience in creating and implementing effective sales strategies.
A valid driving licence and access to a car or direct access to a train line to Twyford.
