Location: Peterborough (Office-Based)
Salary: £75,000 – £100,000 base + OTE £150,000 – £200,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

The Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our Event Bookings Department, overseeing a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs).
Your primary focus will be to drive high-volume outbound B2B sales — converting warm leads into bookings for our nationwide Training Program.
You’ll be expected to lead from the front, building a strong sales culture based on energy, accountability, and performance. You’ll coach your team daily, optimise the sales process, and ensure we consistently hit our monthly booking target.
This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can turn ambitious targets into tangible results.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and motivate a B2B telesales team
* Drive outbound activity: calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach
* Hit team target of 400+ event bookings/month
* Optimise lead flow and messaging with marketing
* Monitor KPIs: dials, conversations, bookings, show-up rates
* Recruit, train, and scale the team

* Proven experience in B2B inside sales or event sales
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
* High performer in KPI-driven environments
* Confident selling to business owners and decision-makers
* Excellent communication and conversion skills
