Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Hornchurch
Salary: £25,000 + £3,000 Car Allowance or Company Car - OTE £50,000 + Guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months
Hours: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on / 1 off rota)

Responsibilities for the position of Sales Manager:
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Value properties and showcase them to achieve the best possible price
Build strong relationships with clients, buyers, and professional contacts (solicitors, lenders, etc.)
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Assist the Branch Manager in coaching, mentoring, and managing team performance
Contribute to a culture of high performance, positivity, and collaborationExperience Required for the position of Sales Manager:
Proven record of turning valuations into sales
