Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join the team. Location: London, Hybrid   Salary: £60-70K basic + commission Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Are you a motivated and self-starting sales professional eager to leave a meaningful mark on a company Do you have well-established connections with leading Surveyors and Landowners across the UK Are you ready to support a growing player within the Facilities Management space with the potential to build a sales function around you About The Company: Our client is a nationwide provider of car park management services, who work closely with land owners across the commercial, healthcare and education sectors. With a current turnover of £10M, they have ambitious plans to double the size of the business over the next 3-5 years. As such, they are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual who can drive sales across existing and new markets. Sales Manager – The Role: This is a key role for the business as they look to establish a robust and effective sales function within the organisation. You will focus on driving new revenue, establishing an operational CRM system and stay up to date with industry and market trends. It will work closely with the Directors of the business to develop a strong sales process and sales pipeline.
