Sales Manager - Fresh Food Packaging
📍 Evesham (On-site, Monday to Friday)
💷 £45,000 - £50,000 + Commission (to be discussed)
About the Role
An established packaging company in the fresh food sector is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join their team of five sales professionals. Reporting to the Sales Director and working closely with senior leadership, this role is key to driving growth and maintaining strong client relationships.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Evesham. Candidates must live within a 30 to 45-minute commute.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of five sales professionals to meet and exceed targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the fresh food industry
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and delivery
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports using Sage
Stay informed on industry trends, particularly in corrugated packaging, film, and bag solutionsRequirements
Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the fresh food industry
Strong knowledge of packaging solutions including corrugated, films, and bags
Proficiency in Sage or similar ERP/CRM systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Must live within 30 to 45 minutes of Evesham and be available on-site Monday to FridayWhat's Offered
Competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000
Commission structure (to be discussed based on experience and performance)
