The Role
Our client is seeking a commercially focused Sales Manager to join their team in Romania. This role will focus on strengthening existing customer relationships and driving account development. Key responsibilities include customer retention, cross-selling, upselling, and contributing to strategic planning through market insights.
The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience, strong account management skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Fluency in Romanian and English, CRM proficiency, and a valid driving license are required.
