Job Description
Property Sales Negotiator required for our expanding, independent property company based on the outskirts of Colchester. As Sales Property Negotiator, you will ideally possess experience in estate agency and are looking for a new Monday to Friday challenge but this is not essential, the essential is that you are target driven, keen and motivated!
This role of Property Sales Negotiator is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team within a company that is rapidly expanding, so professional growth is encouraged and full support is given
The role
* Liaising with and managing estate agents on property being sold on behalf of their clients.
* Negotiating offers
* Collecting anti money laundering
* Liaising with clients both verbally and in writing
* Reporting to line manager
* Office based Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm.
The Person
* Experience in estate agency preferred but not essential.
* Must possess full driver’s license
* Target driven
* Friendly and happy manner
* Able to communicate with people of all levels
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
* Able to work to deadlines
* IT literate
