Job Description

Job Title: Sales Negotiator Location: Bradford Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonuses Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week Role Summary Swift Placements are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Negotiator to join our client’s team in Bradford. You will be responsible for managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to client onboarding. This includes identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth handover to the service delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospects and clients. You should be highly motivated, target-driven, and confident using CRM systems to manage your pipeline effectively.
