Sales Negotiator - North Essex

This role is perfect for someone with at least 12 months' experience in estate agency who is looking to progress into valuations and listings. Building lasting relationships with buyers and vendors, providing exceptional customer service.
Arranging and attending property viewings, handling offers, and guiding clients through the sales process.
Managing sales progression to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.
Working closely with in-house Mortgage & Protection Advisors and the lettings team to maximise opportunities.What We're Looking For
A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Sales Negotiator.
Ambitious, target-driven, and passionate about delivering results.
A confident communicator who can build rapport quickly.
Full UK driving licence.
Professional, personable, and motivated to develop your career.
