Key Responsibilities

Close Deals: Manage leads from enquiry through to completion, delivering exceptional service at every stage.

Convert Leads: Turn enquiries into viewings, viewings into offers, and offers into exchanges.
*
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline of buyers and deals.
*
Market Knowledge: Stay ahead of market trends to advise clients confidently and secure instructions.

Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and senior management to maximise performance.
What We’re Looking For

Proven Experience: A seasoned Sales Negotiator with 1–3+ years in New Homes, Estate Agency, or Site Sales.

Target Driven: Strong history of hitting and exceeding sales KPIs.
*
Client-Focused: Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
*
Self-Motivated: Thrives in a commission-only, performance-driven environment.

Organised & Efficient: Able to juggle multiple deals, deadlines, and clients simultaneously.
