We're an established and respected property company looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our small but mighty team. With a buzzing office atmosphere and a genuine passion for property, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service - and having a lot of fun while doing it!
🔑 What You'll Be Doing:
Managing and progressing residential property sales from start to finish
Conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals
Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers alike
Working weekends
Contributing to a supportive team where your voice is heard and your ideas matter
✅ What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in property sales - this is essential
A confident, people-first approach with excellent communication skills
Highly motivated with a proactive and target-driven mindset
Someone who thrives in a lively, close-knit team environment
Full UK driving licence (preferred, depending on location)
