We're an established and respected property company looking for a Sales Negotiator & Valuer to join our small but mighty team. This is a forward-thinking role where you'll be responsible for both negotiating sales and carrying out valuations, giving you variety, responsibility and room to grow.
With a buzzing office atmosphere, a late start each day to support work-life balance, and a team that genuinely loves what they do, you'll find the perfect blend of autonomy and support.
🔑 What You'll Be Doing:
Managing and progressing residential property sales from start to finish
Conducting valuations and winning new instructions
Carrying out viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals
Building strong, trusted relationships with buyers and sellers
Working 1 weekend in 4
Managing your own diary, workload and priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment
Bringing ideas to the table - your voice matters here
✅ What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in property sales - valuations experience highly desirable
A confident, people-first communicator with strong negotiation skills
Highly motivated, proactive and target-driven
Someone who thrives in a lively, close-knit and supportive team
Full UK driving licence (preferred depending on location)
