Job Description

I'm partnered with a global team of around 80 people based in the UK and the US. What do they do? Let’s just say they're deep into science, health, and making clever things that help clever people do even cleverer work. (You know, the kind of stuff that makes you feel virtuous when you tell relatives what you do for a living.) They've spent decades improving how researchers understand human health. Their tools help measure symptoms with precision, support clinical work, and give scientists data they can actually trust. If you want a job to help humanity while also involving spreadsheets, this is your moment! This is a brand new position for someone who loves clean CRM data, tidy dashboards, and the thrill of watching a workflow actually fire correctly. You’ll look after their HubSpot system, support the proposals team, and help make sure their sales operations run like a well-oiled machine instead of a frantic scramble for the right version of a pricing table. What you’ll be doing Looking after HubSpot every day like it’s a temperamental houseplant: water it, prune it and stop anyone else from doing whatever they think they did “just to see what happens” Building dashboards for management, marketing and business development (including the ones that get glanced at once and then shown proudly in meetings) Helping implement new systems, documenting processes, and configuring things so they don’t implode Training new users so they don’t panic-click themselves into CRM chaos Troubleshooting issues and answering questions that usually start with “This might be obvious but…” Customising views, fields, and workflows until everything works smoothly (or at least stops shouting error messages) Compiling responses for RFIs using their knowledgebase (which is surprisingly helpful) Producing basic pricing and proposals, with the chance to tackle more complex ones once you’ve found your feet Keeping customer records neat and discoverable, avoiding the classic game of “find the document”What they need from you Confidence using CRM software (HubSpot would be great) and comfort building reports and maintaining datasets Strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Comfortable talking to people across the business Analytical and good with detail Able to manage your own workload and juggle tasks Proactive, helpful, and happy to lend a hand when the team needs supportWhat you get A genuinely friendly team that cares about what it does 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a Christmas shutdown The option to buy or sell holiday A solid pension with up to a 6.5% employer contribution Life assurance at twice your salary Private health insurance and access to a virtual GP An employee assistance programme
