Sales Operations Executive
Location: Ascot (Office Based)
Salary: Competitive

CTR Select is recruiting a Sales Operations Executive on behalf of their client based in Ascot, Berkshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to support a busy Sales and Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sales administration, CRM management, reporting, forecasting, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  * Provide day-to-day support to the Sales team.

  * Prepare quotations, pricing requests, proposals, and sales documentation.

  * Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the CRM system.

  * Produce sales reports, forecasts, and management information.

  * Support CRM administration, user queries, and data quality initiatives.

  * Coordinate sales meetings, travel arrangements, and team activities.

  * Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient sales processes and excellent customer service.

  * Assist with process improvements and operational projects.

Required Skills and Experience

  * Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a similar commercial support role.

  * Strong CRM and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP

  * Experience producing reports and analysing sales data.

  * Excellent organisational and communication skills.

  * High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  * Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
