What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for
* Proven leadership experience within manufacturing, engineering, or packaging
* Strong track record in B2B technical sales or commercial management
* Practical problem-solver with excellent communication and client engagement skills
* Confident managing quotes, tenders, and overseeing delivery
* Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and a commitment to quality
* Background in aerospace, defence, or similar sectors is advantageous but not essential
* Willingness to travel to client sites as required
