Job Description
We're currently seeking a Part Time Sales Order Processor for our client in Rotherham.
Sales Order Processor Benefits:
Part-Time Sales Order Processor
Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire
Hours: Part-time 20 hours per week - Wednesday, Thursday 08:30am to 5pm and Friday 08:30am to 2pm
Salary: £13,728 per annum - £13.20 per hour plus potential of company profit share bonus scheme
Holidays: 15 days + working days stats holidays
Pension at 4.5% basic (subject to meeting scheme criteria)

Training and support provided Sales Order Processor Role:
As a key member of the team, you'll provide excellent customer service while ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, so a professional, approachable manner is essential.
Sales Order Processor Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately using our ERP system
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries via phone and email
Provide quotes and product information
Liaise with internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Maintain customer records and support the sales team as neededSales Order Processor Criteria:
Previous experience in order processing, sales administration, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
Comfortable using IT systems (Microsoft Office, ERP experience is a plus)
