Sales Progressor – Property

Manchester (Office-Based, No Weekends)

£27,000 + £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+)

A growing and fast-paced property business is looking for a Sales Progressor to join its team. This is a key role focused on managing property transactions from reservation through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for all parties involved.

This opportunity would suit someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service.

The Role

As a Sales Progressor, you will act as the central point of contact throughout the sales process, keeping deals moving and ensuring all parties remain aligned.

Key responsibilities include:

Progressing property sales from reservation through to completion

Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, letting agents, and clients

Proactively chasing updates and managing timelines

Identifying and resolving delays within the sales process

Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout

About You

Previous experience in property or sales progression is preferred but not essential

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Proactive, driven and able to manage multiple transactions

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
