Sales Progressor
Swindon
Monday – Friday -08.45 – 05.30
Permanent
Salary is dependent on experience
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Progressor to join our client based in their Swindon office.
Primary Duties
* Responsible for the sales progression of sales agreed
* Administer contract paperwork
* Act as point of contact for sales clients visiting the office
* Deal with telephone, email and internet enquiries
* Arrange the booking of viewings and valuations
* Act as sales point of contact in absence of Sales Manager
* Attend monthly sales meetings
Secondary Duties
* Provide progression cover in the absence of other Sales Progressors
* Assist Sales Manager in marketing of properties
* Other duties as required
Essential Criteria
* Estate agency experience
* Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Word
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
* 20 Days & Bank Holidays & Birthday - Increasing to a maximum of 25 Days
* Mileage allowance is paid at 45p per mile.
