Our client award winners for best estate agent in 2024, with a recognition for marketing, customer service, sales and lettings results are based in Plumstead and looking for an Administrator/Sales Progressor with good experience to join their established team.
The ideal candidate will possess ambition and be prepared to work in a busy fast paced environment. Experience is essential for this role; If you are well presented, and keen to further your career with a leading company please send your CV to be considered.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the sales process from offer to completion
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly
- Providing regular updates to all parties involved
- Resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process
