Reporting to the highly regarded Sales Director, Senior Sales Manager, or Sales Manager, you will help drive the Sales Department's success by progressing sales through to exchange and legal completion in line with the Division’s budget and forecast, while completing all required administration in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage reservations and support sales teams to achieve exchange and completion targets, proactively identifying risks and overdue contracts.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with third parties (solicitors, NHMAs, managing agents, etc.) to ensure smooth completions.
* Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all reservation and legal documentation in line with policies and Delegation of Authority.
* Act as a customer advocate by providing clear communication and managing expectations throughout the sales process.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Construction, Finance) to resolve legal enquiries and support site setups and ad hoc requests.
