Job Title: Sales Progressor / Conveyancing Assistant
Location: Manchester (Office-Based)
Salary: £24,000 Basic + Commission (OTE £40,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Overview
Our client is one of the fastest-growing property companies in the UK, known for their dynamic environment and strong results-driven culture. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Sales Progressor / Conveyancing Assistant to join their Manchester-based team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in sales progression, conveyancing, or estate agency administration who is looking for a fast-paced role with clear earning potential and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing property sales from offer through to completion
Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, buyers, and sellers to progress transactions
Chasing documentation and following up on outstanding actions
Identifying and resolving potential issues that could delay completion
Keeping all parties informed throughout the process
Working towards individual targets, with commission earned on each completed sale
Requirements
Experience in sales progression, conveyancing, or estate agency administration
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload
Target-driven and results-focused
What's On Offer
£24,000 basic salary
Guaranteed commission during initial period
Realistic OTE of £40,000+ (£35-£40 per completed sale)
Monday to Friday working hours (9:00am - 5:30pm)
No weekend work
Full training and ongoing support
