Sales Representative (Bespoke Packaging – Cartons/Boxes)
Salary: £neg. + commission + company car/car allowance

The Company:
Packaging company that specialises in luxury bespoke printed cartons & boxes for Food and Beverage, Retail, Cosmetics & Giftware.
The role:
* New business development role covering Scotland
* Explore and develop new business opportunities with targeted customers
* Maximise these opportunities and develop a long-term working relationship to allow growth
* Devise a sales strategy, sales forecast and budget
* Identify appropriate niche markets for development by the company
* Negotiate and secure, within agreed parameters, profitable business
* Co-ordinate with other sites to allow maximum development where possible
* Manage customer requirements and present new innovations in co-ordination with other departments
* Be a positive ambassador for the Company and establish strong relationships with the customer promoting the Company’s USP’s
* Maintain effective communications with all sections of the company.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Representative or working within the Print industry
* A minimum of 5 GCSE qualifications or equivalent including Maths and English
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative
* Flexibility, willingness to train and develop within the role
* Clean, valid driving licence
Desirable requirements:
