Sales Representative (Electronics Industry) – £40,000 per annum + Bonus - UK Travel - Full-Time, Permanent
We are currently recruiting for an exciting Sales Representative opportunity within a highly specialised area of the electronics industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travelling across the UK, meeting clients in person, and building long-term relationships within a niche technical market.
The Role
You will be responsible for generating new business across the UK, visiting clients, and identifying opportunities within sectors that rely on precision engineering and advanced electronic solutions. Your technical background will be invaluable in understanding customer requirements and presenting suitable solutions.
As the business continues to grow, you will play a key part in shaping the future of the sales function. Once established in the role, you will have the opportunity to build, manage, and develop your own sales team, with additional bonuses linked to your team’s billings.
Key Responsibilities
Travel throughout the UK to meet existing and prospective clients
Develop new business and manage a portfolio of key accounts
Build strong technical relationships within a niche market
Present solutions and negotiate with stakeholders at various levels
Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of salespeople as the team expands
Drive revenue growth for both yourself and the wider business
Background Required
To be considered, you must have experience in at least one of the following sectors:
CNC / Precision Engineering
Electronics / Electronic Components
Aerospace / High-Tech Manufacturing
This technical experience is essential to understanding the product range and customer applications.
Salary & Benefits
£40,000 per annum
Bonus scheme based on individual performance
Additional team-based bonus once you begin managing others
