Job Description

Leading distributor of outdoor leisure products and appliances seeks a motivated, self-driven Sales Representative on a Commission only basis to develop and manage their South West territory. Selling into garden centres, camping retailers and hire centres, as Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving growth within an established territory, utilising a fully populated CRM system packed with warm customer data. This field-based role offers complete flexibility, hybrid working and no set hours, allowing you to fully manage your own schedule.
Successful candidate for the role of Sales Representative should possess a strong background in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales and must have extensive experience in territory management and account growth. The position of Sales Representative is offered as a commission-only structure with covered expenses, a company laptop and an immediate start available.
Duties of Sales Representative:
  * Develop and manage the established South West territory to drive commercial growth
  * Secure and manage accounts with garden centres, camping retailers and hire centres
  * Utilise and update the company CRM system to manage warm customer data and pipeline
  * Conduct regular client visits and product presentations across the South West region
  * Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements with business owners and buyers
  * Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service and account management
Skills/attributes required for the role of Sales Representative:
  * Proven Business to Business (B2B) sales experience – essential
  * Experience selling into retail, leisure or hire sectors – highly desirable
  * Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously with no fixed hours
  * Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  * Highly organised with excellent territory planning abilities
  * Full UK Driving Licence – essential
Location: South West Territory (Hybrid/Field Based)
Hours of Work: Flexible/No set hours
Salary: Commission only (uncapped) – realistic OTE £30,000 - £60,000 p.a. based on historical earnings
