Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Glasgow
£27-35K base + £20K OTE | Office-based with flexibility
Looking to break into sales or take your SDR skills to the next level? This Glasgow-based team is scaling fast and need someone sharp, driven, and ready to get stuck in.
What you’ll be doing:
Your goal? Book quality meetings. You'll be the first voice potential clients hear, so confidence, clarity, and resilience are key.

Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email prospecting
*
Qualifying inbound leads and warming up cold ones
*
Booking meetings for the senior sales team
*
Using CRM tools to track every step (if it ain’t tracked, it ain’t fact)
*
Collaborating closely with marketing to refine outreach
*
Learning fast and pitching better with each call
What we’re looking for:
You don’t need years of experience, but you do need the right mindset.

Strong communicator who listens well and speaks with purpose
*
Resilient and comfortable hearing “no”
*
Curious, coachable, and ready to learn
*
Organised and on it with follow-ups
*
Ideally, some experience in a sales or customer-facing role
