Sales & Reservations Coordinator
Location: Datchet
Full-Time office based
Salary: £26–28k + Bonus + Travel

Join a specialist travel company as our next Sales & Reservations Coordinator and be part of a small, passionate team delivering high-end, tailor-made holidays. If you’ve got great attention to detail, enjoy helping customers, and have knowledge of France (and maybe even a bit of the language), we want to hear from you.
Please note: due to the location of the office, access to your own transport is essential.
What you’ll be doing:
Handling enquiries via phone, email, and website
Putting together complex, bespoke travel packages
Maintaining our reservation system with pricing, itineraries, and availability
Supporting pre- and post-travel customer queries
Supporting the wider team with admin and operational tasks
What we’re looking for:
Experience in a travel sales or reservations role
Confident communicator with excellent written and phone manner
Organised, accurate, and adaptable
Friendly, team-oriented, and positive attitude
Knowledge of France and French language a bonus!
What’s in it for you:
£26-28k depending on experience

Occasional overseas travel
Monday to Friday, 9–5 or 10–6 (rota)
