Job Description
SALES & SERVICE ADVISOR
Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Sales & Service Advisor to work for a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider based in Carlisle.
ROLE: Sales & Service Advisor
PAY RATE: £12.88 p/h, circa £26,700 per annum
JOB TYPE: temp to perm
LOCATION: Carlisle (CA3)
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:30 -17:00, 40 hours/week
THE ROLE:
Assist the team on-site with contacting suppliers to update or revalidate expiring quotes/licences for customer-specific engineering components.
Always provide excellent customer service when responding to phone / email queries.
Update the internal sales ordering system with administration tasks as required.
Assist the team with ad-hoc office duties with guidance from colleague.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Able to show initiative and be willing and proactive in training provided to apply to the role.
Full training will be provided for all aspects of this role.
