Title: Sales Signage Consultant
Reporting to: MD
Basic Salary: £35k-£40k Basic
Job Purpose:
You will be targeted to achieve business growth by acquiring new clients and building and maintaining close relationships with our existing clients.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Generating and responding to recent sales leads.
Develop and follow an agreed consistent sales plan to meet or exceed targeted sales from new and existing clients.
Attend regular sales review meetings with the management team.
Act as a client advocate and escalation point to ensure resolution of any client issues within a timely manner.
Liaise with internal resources where appropriate to facilitate client requests and to ensure timely responses are filtered back to the client.
Skills and Experience:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales within the signage or related industry
Confident, professional telephone manner.
Proven ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and with the ability to multitask
Proficiency in Google Workspace; quick to learn new systems
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.
This position is for a Business Development Executive. This is a demanding and rewarding role for a professional individual with strong sales experience - or a graduate who can demonstrate exceptional talent. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the employee will be tasked with sales performance measured in terms of revenue growth and client retention.
