£35 - £50k + Industry leading commission structure
 
 Do you have experience in selling products or services, not appointment setting but 360-degree cradle-to-grave phone-based selling? Are you motivated to work in a fast-moving professional services sales team with great earning potential? Are you used to working in a role making 80 calls a day?

If this sounds like an environment that would suit you based on previous experience, we have a great opportunity. They offer fantastic earning potential and funded training to become qualified in their sector, but you have to be hungry, hardworking and motivated by sales targets/commission.

Due to rapid growth, this progressive client is looking for 3 sales specialists to add to their dynamic and vibrant sales floor. With need people with a positive and enthusiastic perspective on how to win and retain business, as qualified leads are supplied daily, and a lively working environment is provided to match. 

The General duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

Working on warm sales leads generated by a closely linked telemarketing team
Selling market-leading insurance products to prospective clients
Retaining repeat business at times through excellent service standardsA strong salesperson will absolutely thrive within the business. Given the ambitious yet realistic expansion plans, longer-term progression opportunities may also be available to the right candidate. Commission within this role is uncapped and is aimed at rewarding the hard work and dedication of every employee. Our client will also pay for your education to become qualified, and bonuses are paid on completion. 

Approximate commutable locations for this opportunity are Bedford, Luton, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Stevenage, St Neots, Huntingdon and the surrounding areas.
