About the Role:
Support sales and operational teams by coordinating projects, maintaining accurate financial and operational data, and identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reporting.
* Lead key administrative activities during a major system integration (Eclipse Pro 5), collaborating closely with HR, the CFO, and the Director of People to ensure seamless implementation and minimal disruption to business operations.
* Provide cross-functional sales support, acting as a central point of contact for teams, helping to manage timelines, monitor deliverables, and escalate issues where necessary.
* Contribute to sales process improvement initiatives, documenting workflows, recommending enhancements, and helping teams adopt best practices to optimise performance.
* Day-to-day variety and sales support responsibility, with opportunities to gain exposure to multiple business functions, including finance, HR, sales, and operations, making a tangible impact on key projects and organisational objectives.
* Manage ad hoc sales support tasks and special projects, balancing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Experience:
* Strong attention to detail; proven ability to handle numbers, rates, and data accurately, sales support
* Positive, proactive behaviours: flexibility, pace, able to pick up new systems and take initiative
* Confidence engaging with colleagues at all business levels
* Comfortable with frequent task variation and ambiguity
Nice-to-Have:
* Experience using Eclipse Pro 5
* Background in healthcare, public sector, or recruitment support
