Sales Support Administrator
12 month Contract

£26k per annum
Full Time- 08.30am-5pm
Pertemps are currently supporting a credible client who are looking for a Sales Support Administrator on a 12-month FTC. This role will be working closely with the Sales Support Manager and you will be responsible for all administration in the business. You will manage stock, monitor costs and help with the processing of their monthly paid forecast. This role will be working in a fast-paced environment where a high level of work standard is expected.
This role will sit fully in the office based in Renfrewshire and it will be full time. This client are a household name within their field and you will gain valuable experience. The team work in a close-knit environment so it is essential that you have excellent communication skills and can build relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate the transfer of used stock between offices
Process direct customer purchases and payments
Assist in the management of expiry reports. Ensure a smooth running of the department
To secure finance instructions and payment from customers in a timely manner
To assist in the effective management of costs and GP variance
Ensuring the systems up to date
Month End ReportingCandidate Requirements:
We are looking for a self- starter who prides themselves on having first class organisational & administration skills. This is a fast-paced role, so the ability to prioritise and plan effectively is essential. You will be confident with good negotiation skills, and you will be able to communicate in a professional manner. You will be a team player with a flexible approach as well as having a good attention to detail.
Previous Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Must hold a UK driving licence
IT literate with Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
