The Role
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be the backbone of the sales cycle, ensuring every customer journey is seamless and efficient. This is a varied role that requires a blend of technical administrative precision and excellent communication skills.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Sales Lifecycle Management: Crafting accurate client quotations, processing orders, and ensuring all sales data is meticulously maintained.
* First-Class Communication: Acting as a professional first point of contact for inbound enquiries and directing them across the business.
* Logistics & Support: Managing post-sales queries, coordinating customer returns, and assisting with shipping logistics.
* Operational Collaboration: Working closely with the warehouse team during peak periods and collaborating across departments to meet deadlines.
