This is an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join a company based in Basildon on a permanent basis. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm with one hour lunch break. The salary is between £25k-£27k per annum (DOE) and this is a fully office-based role with free parking onsite.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Responding to email and telephone enquiries and resolving any queries in a professional manner
Managing and generating new leads by gathering information to pass details onto the Sales Executives to follow up
Following up on sale calls and completing and recording actions via email
Uploading data and documentation onto the CRM system and maintaining sales activity information
Responsible for cold calling potential new clients to build relationships and a portfolio of clients
Completing monthly reports for the business to monitor turnover, stock levels and orders
Supporting the Head of Sales with report writing, database management and other general office tasksTo be successful for this position, you must have previous experience in a sales support, admin, or customer-facing role within an office environment. You must have excellent organisation and commination skills with the ability to multi-task and manage your own workload to meet deadlines. You must also be confident using different Microsoft packages such as Outlook and Excel, and experience using a CRM system.
