To support our sales team and ensure smooth operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support & Compliance Administrator with strong communication skills in English. Key Responsibilities: * Telephoning candidates, clients, suppliers, and internal departments in clear and professional English. * Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, updating records, and managing correspondence. * Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and relevant regulations. * Assist in reviewing sales agreements, proposals, and reports for accuracy and compliance. * Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases. * Support the onboarding of new clients/candidates and processing of sales documentation. * Generate and distribute sales and compliance reports for management. Requirements: * Strong written and spoken English (essential). * Proven experience in administration, sales support, or compliance. * High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. * Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively. * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * A proactive and team-oriented approach. * Any compliance or recruitment experience beneficial.
